KOSE has been created to redescover the appeal of anclent
handcrafted things, just now at the verge of the third Millenium,
strongly featured by Technology and Homologation.
The materials employed are natural: clay, wood, gauze. The shapes
are pure and essential.
These choices make our objects unique; unique as they are
completely handcrafted according to old artisan techniques; unique as
they have been conceived for people who buy following precies and
personal spiritual categories, in spite of all market rules.
You can recognize in our objects the reflective quietness and the
precious research of the designer: Rosaria Rattin. Her experience as
Fasion Designer has been deeply significant to give KOSE her personal
feeling for colours, materials, shapes.
The collection includes a variety of vases, lamps, bottles,
centre-pieces, trays and bowls made of natural materials.
Clay, so thin and pure, painted in delicate water-colours or
finished with precious metal effects: plantium, shiny grey-green or
copper; it can be enamelled inside to be filled in with water.
The lightness of gauze, which can be smooth or lightly wrinkled to
move the surfaces of the objects, is sublimized when it is used in
both lamps and objects.
Plaster used for panels, thought as pictures, preciousness of which
stands in their apparent semplicity, which hides a deep care for
details.
